The more i kept seeing it, the more that division between racial features and feats looked useless. it makes sense to divide them since they are different things, but in here everything is already all crammed together and that divisive bar could've been an additional line of text in a more open, bigger box, and so i removed it. 

i think is for the better since there more space to write feats and features, but if someone preferred the old design, let me know and i'll see what i can do.
