THE MAGE AND THE KNIGHT - a 2 roles TTRPG

What if the "roles" in a roleplaying game were just two? 
What if instead of triying to balance a pletora of different choices and combinations of traits and abilities a game offered only a really specific but well curated experience?

In this game yours truly tries to answer these questions.

In The mage and the knight you play as, shockingly, a mage and knight, as in a character that specializes in the art and knowledge of conjuring miracles, and a character that is well versed in the fine art of staying alive, through whatever means necessary except for magical ones. 

A group of two characters, or multiple couples containing a caster and a fighter, decided to venture into the mystical and mysterious lands drowned in the Lavander mist, an foggy ocean made of pure magic where anything is possibile while inside. 

While traversing these lands, to the caster is requested all of their concentration and power to face problems where magic is required, while the knight will need to make sure no harm comes to them both. 

In this game magic is an energy that can take many form, and as such a player can use it to manifest whatever they desire; whether this power actually listen to the command is another matter, for which d12 rolls will be required. 

This game was meant to exorcise a really specific idea i had in mind that i thought was neat. In the PDF now available you should have all the rules needed to play, but, fair disclaimer:

THIS GAME IS LACKING IN ENCOUNTER TABLES AND IS YET TO BE TESTED!

i wanted to think the basic rules first. as of now, there are no concrete tools for a gm to aid the creation of an adventure, only suggestions. that is something i want to remedy going forward, whenever i'll have the time to return to this. 
I also still need to test if it actually works/is fun; to me it seems to work, and i still think is a neat idea, so i want to share it, but be warned that might be janky or not properly refined to guarantee a fun experience.
